What’s one habit that has improved your life the most?

Fortunately, I have stellar health insurance which covers talk therapy with a relatable yet compassionate licensed clinician, Mr. M, my therapist for the past 30 months, is the MVP of my care team of docs and what nots. I’m not getting any younger. My complex and dynamic treatment plan is ever evolving to deal with a progressive illness I was diagnosed with in 2003. The talk therapy has been my key in maintaining balance and emphasizing self care. I try to go bowling at least once a week. No wife or kids. I have my own custom ball and shoes which makes it pretty much the most affordable recreational hobby in the large city where I reside. I actually feel joy now as I draw closer and more intimate with my relationship with Christ. Hallelujah
